What is ScanKit?

ScanKit is a dynamic QR code platform for marketing agencies, freelancers and in-house teams. Every code you create is a short link behind a QR image, so the destination stays editable long after the flyers, posters or packaging have shipped. Change the URL in the dashboard and every scan from that moment lands at the new page, with the full history of previous destinations kept and scan totals carried across edits. No reprint, no sticker over the old code.

Every scan is logged and turned into reporting you can hand to a client: total scans, a daily trend over 7, 30 or 90-day windows, and breakdowns by country, city, device and traffic source, per code or rolled up across a whole client. Analytics are GDPR-friendly by design - no IP addresses are stored and no personal data is shared with third parties. Plus and Pro plans add CSV export.

The organisation layer is what makes it work at agency scale. Each client gets its own workspace, codes are sorted into groups by campaign or quarter, and colour-coded tags (many-to-many) cover medium, channel or anything else you track. Filter, search and sort across groups and tags at once instead of scrolling a flat list. Pro adds unlimited workspaces, unlimited team members and bulk CSV import.

Codes are customisable: colours, shapes, a logo in the centre, frames and captions, exported as print-ready PNG or vector SVG. The slug behind each code is fixed forever, so the printed artifact never needs to change.
