Scan ERP is a purpose-built ERP for CMT garment factories. Operators scan QR codes on bundles to start and complete work — the system automatically calculates piece-rate payments, tracks WIP in real time, and shows live sewing line efficiency on factory floor TV displays.

No more 3-day end-of-month reconciliation. • Real-Time WIP & Line Efficiency — live dashboard shows active operators, bottlenecks (auto-detected in 30 seconds), production velocity, and daily projections. • Fabric & Accessory Inventory — dual-unit tracking (meters + kg), auto-deduction on cutting, low-stock velocity alerts. • Dispatch & Traceability — SAC receipts, challan management, lot pipeline ledger, full fabric-to-dispatch audit trail for buyer compliance. • Smart Factory Hardware — integrates with Raspberry Pi edge server, ZKTeco biometric attendance, TSC label printers, ESP32 IoT scanner stations, and factory PA system with Nepali voice announcements. • WhatsApp Bot (30+ commands) — supervisors query stock, lot status, attendance, and earnings by WhatsApp message.
