What is Sandbook?

Sandbook is an iPhone and iPad app that reads EPUB, PDF, Word (.docx), web pages and scanned pages aloud in 41 natural voices (US and UK English, Spanish, French, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Hindi). The open-weight Kokoro-82M model runs on the device, so it works offline and everything stays on your device. No account, no subscription, no ads, no character limit. Needs iOS 18.2 on iPhone 12 or later.
