Android and Windows Apps. Allows for work started on (say) phone, to be completed on Windows Desktop. Sharing of files, screen mirroring, media, clipboard, links, output piping from one app to another. Similar also to Opera Browser's new FLOW facilty.

What is Samsung Flow?
A neat trick that provides a magical experience seamlessly connecting your Galaxy TabPro S(PC) and Galaxy Smartphone.
You can easily unlock your PC by tapping your unlocked Galaxy smartphone and scanning your fingerprint. You can also easily enable your mobile hotspot to keep your PC connected, and check and reply directly to your phone's notifications.

Quite buggy but incredibly useful all the same. Wish it worked over mobile data or any other wifi.
Windows Firewall and ESET are blocking data transfer. I was able to connect by allowing ESET when it was installed, but after deleting it, the connection was lost. No matter how hard I tried, it didn't work. After installing Avast, the connection was reestablished. I don't know if there will be another outage, but a solution needs to be found. There is no such problem with similar applications.
