Saga of Gods is a strategy board game for four forgotten gods. The war of the gods is over and nobody won: what is left is a cold north of fjords, barrows and empty shrines, freezing in from the edges, where one small tribe still lights a fire for you.
Pick a god — the Mire Father, the Tide Queen, the Star Stag or the Wayside God — each with an aspect, a gift of its own and two miracles. Every season all four gods put their orders down at the same time, face down, and the cards turn together, so nobody sees your plan before it happens. Battles add up warbands, the land and a hero chosen in secret; a tie goes to the Dice of Fate. Oaths are sworn before the Chronicle: you may break one, but everyone reads about it for the rest of the saga. Once a season you can give another god a gift and name it as you like — they see only the name until it is played. Every season the winter takes the edge of the map, so the saga never stalls. Hold the Great Hall at the end, or be the most divine god when the winter closes the map.
Play against three AI gods — heroes of Amavie with a temper — who offer oaths, bluff with gifts and remember who betrayed them (about 20 minutes, pause any time); with friends, giving your orders whenever you like while the season turns at its deadline; or at a live table with a minute for orders.
Free to play in the browser on a phone or a computer, in 12 languages, for players 13 and older. Every way to play, all four gods and the AI gods are free; Quanta from the shared Amavie wallet only buy looks for your god and your table. Nothing you buy changes a battle, an order or an oath. No ads, no energy, no loot boxes.
