What is Runsense?

Runsense gets you to your goal, whether that is your first 5K or a hundred-mile ultra.

Tell Runsense what you are training for and it builds a genuine, periodized plan to get you there: build weeks, cutback weeks, and a taper, shaped around the days you can actually run. Then it coaches you through it. Travel, a missed week, a cold, a strong block of training: your coach reworks the plan the way a sharp human coach would, and tells you why.

Your coach is there 24/7, over text. Question about a workout? Want to understand the training theory behind it? Need to move a session because life happened? Send a message and it is handled.

Works with Apple Watch, Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Polar and Strava.

What you get:

A real plan for your goal. Not a template with your name on it. A periodized plan built for your race, your history, and the week you actually have.

A coach in your corner over text. Your coach checks in, asks how a run felt, answers your questions, and reworks the plan when something changes. It reads like a person who knows your training, because it does.

Coaching grounded in the runs you actually did. Your coach reads every run you record: distance, pace, heart rate, elevation. It reads what you tell it about how a run felt, too, and coaches on both.

Your plan on your watch. Each day's workout goes to your Apple Watch or Suunto automatically, with the warm-up, intervals, and targets laid out, and it updates whenever your plan changes.

Proof you are getting fitter. Fitness, fatigue, and form trends built from your own training, so you can see the work adding up.

Memory that compounds. Runsense holds your history and the context you share, so the coaching gets sharper the longer you train with it.

This is not a workout library or a pace calculator. It is a coach with judgment, paying attention to you every week.
