What is Roblox?
ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop - where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn.
ROBLOX was founded in 2004 as DynaBlocks and in 2006, it was renamed to the online platform that it is today.
Each player has their own avatar they can customize with colors, clothes, hats, and gear. They can then explore ROBLOX - interacting with others by chatting, playing games, battling, or collaborating on creative projects. Each player is also given their own “place” where they can design and build anything desired - be it a navigable skyscraper, a working helicopter, a giant pinball machine, a multiplayer "Capture the Flag" game, or some other, yet-to-be-dreamed-up object or activity.
By participating and by building cool stuff, ROBLOX members can earn specialty badges as well as ROBLOX dollars ("ROBUX"). In turn, they can shop the online catalog to purchase avatar clothing and accessories.

Because its really fun to play with my friends
These days, it feels too much like a game engine to be creative for kids, and too much like a children's game to be useful for anything. Also very predatory.
crappy chat censor and auto ban system. even with serious level censor, most games have very disappointing toxic community. the kids yap a lot disgusting nonsense and never says anything rational and reasonable. i understand that they are kids afterall, but why the innocents get punished from auto mod? AI managed customer support and terrible experience. doesnt allow deletion of anything once you make in this platform including the account (deleting roblox account just hides it similar to deactivating). the top charts are full of brain rot games, i miss the old roblox.
lastly their anticheat always try to prevent linux and gives unreasonable excuses for it.
i like roblox because it fun...

Toxic and childish community that will do anything in their power to offend you in the slightest bit, the game has a constant child predator issue that the company completely ignores.
these toxic players are extremely unrational and unreasonable in arguements. whats more awful is that you will likely be the one getting punished from auto mod like bans and such.
There will always be some people who don't behave well, no matter where you go. Of course, Roblox can't moderate every single player. Then there's another group of people who complains about Roblox's auto-mod bans innocent people just for saying one slur or a word that can be misunderstood and then question why the moderation standards set to high.
