What is RoastConsole Pilot?
RoastConsole Pilot is a free Mac application for coffee roasters. It connects to your roaster, records the roast in real-time, and stores the batch history on your Mac. Temperature and rate of rise are displayed on a single timeline, with first crack and drop accurately marked. Signal loss and probe faults are clearly indicated.
It connects to various machines like Kaleido M1 and M1 Pro, Modbus RTU and TCP roasters, Kaffelogic Nano 7 and 7e, IKAWA Home, Pro and Pro X, and any thermocouple via Phidget boards or a Siemens S7 controller. It also connects to Aillio Bullet R1/R2, ROEST, Hottop, and Sandbox Smart. If no connection is available, readings can be entered manually or run in Demo mode on sample data.
The app includes a roast profile library, cupping sessions, green coffee records, development-time-ratio tracking, and import/export alongside Artisan, Cropster, RoastPath, and Kaffelogic.
RoastConsole Pilot is free, with no account, trial, or subscription required. All data is stored on your Mac and the app operates fully offline. It's a complete, standalone Mac app, not a free tier or trial. RoastConsole Cloud, a separate web product for roastery inventory, orders, and CRM, can sync with Pilot, but all Pilot features work permanently without an account.
