Roadmark

Roadmark is a visual roadmap tool for founders and product teams who need to show not only what is planned, but why the plan changed.

The roadmap as a branching timeline: the dotted line is the original plan, each coloured branch is a recorded pivot, and every milestone shows its status and date.

What is Roadmark?

Roadmark is a visual roadmap tool for founders and product teams who need to show not only what is planned, but why the plan changed.

Milestones sit on a timeline instead of in a list. When the plan forks — "ship v1 fast" versus "ship v1 polished" — you create a branch, and Roadmark requires a decision log explaining the call. The original plan stays visible as a ghost line beside what actually happened, so months later the roadmap still carries its own reasoning.

Start from scratch, from a community template, or import a roadmap you already keep elsewhere: GitHub Projects, Linear, Jira, Notion, Asana, monday.com, Shortcut, YouTrack, GitLab and Azure DevOps. Imports are read-only — your source tool is never written to — and an optional daily sync keeps the board current, so a shared roadmap never drifts from where the work actually happens.

Share a board as a public link, embed it on a site, or export it to PNG, SVG, PDF, or PPTX. Public visitors get a decision feed: a chronological record of every pivot and date change, with reactions and read-only discussion. AI can draft milestones and stress-test a roadmap for risks — bring your own API key, or use the included quota on a paid plan.

The free plan covers up to 3 roadmaps with unlimited milestones, branches, imports, public sharing and exports. Paid plans (Pro and Team, launching soon) add unlimited roadmaps, collaborators with real-time editing, password-protected and expiring share links, white-labelling, an audit log and view analytics.
