Riverd

Riverd is practice management software for independent massage therapists and other solo practitioners. It covers the work around the session: an online booking page with your services and hours, a calendar that syncs both ways with Google Calendar, client records with private notes and session history, intake forms that clients fill in and sign on their phone, SOAP notes that Reed, Riverd's AI assistant, drafts from a summary you type, and payment tracking with PDF invoices.

Reed never listens to your sessions. There is no microphone, no recording, and no transcription.

If you use Square, clients save a card when they book and agree to your no-show policy. You charge the saved card for the session yourself, and the money goes to your own Square account.

The Brook plan is free for up to 20 appointments a month, with no card to start. River is $39 a month billed annually ($59 month to month) and adds 50 appointments a month and text reminders to US and Canadian numbers. Fjord is $49 a month billed annually ($79 month to month) with unlimited appointments.

Riverd runs in the browser on any phone or laptop. The interface is available in English and Spanish. Every plan includes personal API keys and a connection for Claude and ChatGPT, so an assistant you already use can read your schedule and book sessions with your permission.

Riverd is built for one practitioner per account. It does not include staff scheduling, multi-location setup, gift cards, or memberships.
