Ritmello offers flat pricing, with unlimited calendars, instructors, and clients on every plan. In the event of cancellations, an automatic waitlist is triggered. The dashboard provides insights into revenue per class type, instructor margins, retention, and no-show cost.

The interface supports both English and French. One-click full data export is available, along with free assisted migration from Mindbody, Vagaro, WellnessLiving, or bsport.
