What is Rilla?

Rilla (from RillaVoice, Inc.) is an AI-powered speech analytics tool for outside sales and service teams. Reps and technicians record in-person conversations on the Rilla mobile app, and Rilla's AI transcribes and analyzes them so managers can review calls remotely — a "virtual ridealong" in place of physically shadowing reps in the field. Rilla is primarily used in home services verticals: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, solar, pest control, windows, and kitchen & bath remodeling. Managers get a dashboard to review recordings, read transcripts, track script compliance, leave comments, and surface coaching moments from field conversations.

Core capabilities include conversation recording, AI transcription with speaker separation, automated note-taking, script compliance tracking, keyword and objection surfacing, conversation summaries, goal setting, and CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Lasso, ServiceTitan). Rilla also offers an AI roleplay feature for rep practice.

Rilla's approach is focused on recording and analysis. Coaching and training are largely left to managers — reviewing recordings, leaving comments, and running coaching sessions manually. There is no automated training generation from conversation data, no auto-assigned personalized lessons based on skill gaps, and the AI roleplay is a standalone practice tool rather than a system that pulls from each rep's real conversations.

Rilla was founded in 2019 in New York City by Sebastian Jimenez (CEO), Christopher Martin (CTO), and Michael Castellanos (Chief AI/Data Officer), and has raised funding from investors including UiPath's co-founder. Pricing is quote-based and not public; customer reports put it around $4,000 per user per year with a setup fee and annual minimums.
