Riffloop
Riffloop is a practice tool for musicians: pick any section of a song (on YouTube or an uploaded file), isolate or mute any instrument with AI, and loop it while you play along — with speed and key control. All processing happens in your browser; nothing is uploaded to a server.

Riffloop information
What is Riffloop?
Riffloop is a practice tool for musicians that lets you pull apart any song and play along with it. You pick a section of a track, and it uses AI stem separation to isolate or mute individual instruments — vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano — then loops that section while you practice. Speed and key can be changed independently, so you can slow a solo down without changing its pitch.
It comes in two forms: a Chrome extension that works directly on YouTube (loop and isolate parts of any video while watching it), and the web Studio at studio.riffloop.app, where you upload an audio file and do the same with more room to work. The distinctive technical bet: all separation runs client-side in the browser (WebGPU/WASM), so audio never leaves the user's device and there's no server compute cost. Free tier with daily limits; Pro unlocks unlimited separations, longer loops (up to 5 minutes), and higher-quality models.
