What is RFPilot?

RFPilot is an AI-powered RFP response and proposal management platform for B2B teams. It helps users process RFPs, security questionnaires, vendor assessments, and proposal documents by extracting questions, requirements, deadlines, and submission instructions from PDF, DOCX, XLSX, or pasted text.

The platform generates response drafts using information stored in the company knowledge base. Each answer can include source citations, confidence levels, verification flags, and compliance verdicts, allowing teams to identify which responses require human review.

Users can assign questions to team members, add comments, approve or regenerate responses, and manage the review process in a shared workspace. RFPilot also creates submission checklists, compliance matrices, cover letters, executive summaries, and long-form proposal sections. Completed responses can be exported as branded PDF, DOCX, or XLSX files.

Additional features include bid/no-bid analysis, reusable approved answers, multilingual response generation, email and Slack notifications, and win/loss analytics. Approved responses can be added back to the knowledge base to improve future projects.
