nds4droid is a free, open source Nintendo DS emulator written for Android smartphones. It is based off of the excellent emulator DeSmuME. The source code can be found on sourceforge.

gpSPhone is a Nintendo Gameboy Advance emulator for the iPhone and iPod Touch. It has been ported by ZodTTD from the original source code of gpSP (made by Exophase). They are now both working together on this project.
