Retoucan is a free AI editing assistant for Adobe Lightroom Classic. It learns how you edit from catalogs you've already finished, then gives a new wedding, portrait or event shoot a first pass in your style. Everything runs on your own computer, and photos are never uploaded.
For each photo, Retoucan predicts exposure, temperature and tint the way you'd have set them. It applies a look from any Lightroom preset (.xmp) or 3D LUT (.cube) you own, or from one of ten included film looks. It can also add Lightroom's own AI masks for subject, background, skin, teeth, eyes and sky with light retouching.
You cull in Lightroom as usual, by hand or with Lightroom's Assisted Culling, and Retoucan edits the photos you picked. It tries the edit on a test batch of samples first, then does the rest of the shoot. The edits land in Lightroom as ordinary sliders and masks you can keep adjusting, with a "Before Retoucan" snapshot and one-click undo.
There's no account, subscription or per-photo fee. Retoucan is MIT licensed, with source code on GitHub.
Requires Lightroom Classic 13.3 or later.
