Resource Monitor is a GUI tool with a convenient mouse interface which allows sorting and seeing multiple different tabs. It also shows per-process upload/download network usage each second, per-process listening ports, and per-process htop is not. htop doesn't seem to show per-process listening ports or network activity at all. If it can, it's not obvious how to make it do so.
