ReplyArgus information
What is ReplyArgus?
Reply Argus is a review management tool for the Apple App Store and Google Play. It puts every review from both stores in one inbox and drafts a reply in the reviewer's own language. It supports more than 100 languages in both directions.
You approve each draft with one click, or you set rules so only certain replies publish on their own: by rating, keyword, language, or store.
Replying is the whole product here, not an add-on. Most suites in this category are analytics tools where in-app replies sit behind a higher pricing tier. Reply Argus drafts from a knowledge base built out of your store listing, your marketing page, and replies you approved before, so a response mentions what your app actually does instead of offering a hollow apology. Each edit you make teaches it your voice.
Reviews that repeat the same complaint get grouped together, so one good answer can cover fifty reviews. Analytics track your rating trend and response rate. If your rating drops, you get an alert in Slack or Telegram.
It also runs as an MCP server, which means an AI agent like Claude can search your reviews, draft replies, and publish them, limited to your workspace and with your approval by default.
The free plan needs no credit card and setup takes about two minutes. Paid plans start at $29 a month with a 10-day trial. Agencies running many apps have larger plans.
