What is RepliFast?

RepliFast is a web app that answers Google reviews for local businesses. It connects to a Google Business Profile through the official Google Business Profile API, brings in new reviews within minutes on paid plans, and drafts a reply to each one in the business's brand voice and in the language the review was written in (50+ languages).

Owners decide how much runs on its own: approve every reply by hand, auto-post replies to 4 and 5 star reviews, or post everything except 1 and 2 star reviews. When a negative review names a staff member or describes a specific incident, a context check asks the owner for one sentence instead of guessing, and that reply never posts on its own.
