Scammed. They disable your software remotely and ask you for more money One of the many customers that got their product disabled remotely. One day I was using it, the next day it said that the registration code was expired. I got an absolutely absurd reply from support that basically told me to pay again.
Needless to say, I not only won't be upgrading or ever using their products again but I've switched to Cinch and won't be looking back.
Will be considering also a class-action lawsuit.
