.jar file.. you will need java installed on Windows Dashboard opens like an html in browser.. didn't really like that. Not very intuitive or easy to handle, but it seems to be editable and can save files.

Repeat is a full-fledged, Java icon Java mouse/keyboard record/replay and automation hotkeys/macros creation using modern programming languages, and more advanced automation features. Working across three major OSes: Windows, OSX, and Linux.
