Remedy8 is a simple stress button app that's based on multiple research findings that demonstrated how subtle sensory stimulation (aka fidgeting) helps lower stress hormones and improve focus. It utilizes iPhone's Haptic Feedback technology along with binaural meditation soundtracks and calming animation.
