That's how the manager describes Remarkety, one year after I configured it on his Virtuemart2 based e-commerce platform. Asked what it gives them he says:
(+) communication and customer relation: great to the point it can replace the direct relationship that otherwise e-commerce lacks by default. (+) Feedbacks, by throwing out a few simple questions in the template email e.g. how was your product packaged, OK? Would you like advices on your product maintenance?
