RedyHire is a unified, AI-driven hiring platform designed to streamline the entire recruitment lifecycle—from resume screening to offer rollout—while ensuring speed, fairness, and integrity at scale.

The hiring journey begins with ResuMate, RedyHire’s AI resume screening engine, which analyzes and filters large volumes of resumes using contextual and skill-based matching beyond keywords. Candidates are automatically scored, flagged, and shortlisted based on role relevance.

Shortlisted candidates are evaluated through SkillLens, RedyHire’s AI-powered assessment engine. SkillLens supports on-job skill assessments across technical, domain, reasoning, and communication skills, with instant scoring and structured evaluation.

For interviews, RedyHire enables structured L1 interview workflows supported by Nirmala, its Conversational AI Interviewer. Nirmala conducts consistent technical and behavioral interviews, evaluates communication and role fit, and generates interview transcripts, skill scores, and recommendations—significantly reducing manual interview effort.

To ensure credibility and trust, all assessments and interviews are protected by SecureSight, RedyHire’s integrity layer. SecureSight provides advanced proctoring with face recognition, browser-level monitoring, impersonation detection, and identification of AI-assisted cheating tools, ensuring fully validated hiring outcomes.

RedyHire also streamlines interview scheduling, interviewer coordination, and candidate communication. Post-interview, hiring teams can seamlessly manage pre-offer evaluations, approvals, and offer rollouts within the same unified platform.
