What is ReadyCSV ?
ReadyCSV runs the entire HubSpot Contacts import preflight in your browser. Load a CSV and it checks against real HubSpot import rules: required identity fields, email format and duplicates, date formats, lifecycle and lead status enums, phone formats, encoding damage, and structural CSV problems.
Everything runs locally. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and there are no AI calls, so client data never leaves the device. This matters for agencies, RevOps consultants, and regulated teams who cannot paste client lists into cloud tools.
Safe fixes can be applied automatically; anything lower confidence is queued for manual review, one item at a time. Header mapping matches your columns to HubSpot properties, including likely aliases and anything unmapped or in conflict. The export includes a cleaned CSV plus a source-labeled Issue Report you can hand to a client.
Free Local covers the full workflow: analysis, safe fixes, the complete header mapping review, column management, cleaned CSV and spreadsheet-safe CSV export, and the Issue Report.
