It can do 99% of what Raspberry Pi can do. Most of the microprocessor is based on ARMv8 Cortex A5x micro architecture. So it will support most, if not all, apps and OS that can run on Raspberry Pi out of the box.
The only negative is the customer support could be improved and the English-language community is not as big as Raspberry Pi since it is based in China.
