RARBG has been around for almost a decade, and it shows. Its layout was old fashioned around the time of its debut, and it hasn't changed almost 10 years later. On the bright side, it still works and is maintained relatively well. Use it as an alternative if your go-to torrent search engines don't have what you're looking for.
