What is QuoteFlow?

QuoteFlow is quoting software built for trade businesses - electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, roofers and every trade in between. Stand at the job, say what you are doing out loud, and QuoteFlow turns it into priced line items. It does not generate or guess prices: every line is matched against the rate book you filled in once, and anything it does not recognise arrives flagged with no price, so a made-up number never reaches a customer.

The finished quote goes out as a branded document the customer opens on their own phone. They read it and sign with their finger - no printer, no account, no app for them to install. You can offer good/better/best options in a single quote and let the customer pick one.

QuoteFlow tracks every quote through its lifecycle (sent, viewed, approved, declined), keeps a reusable client list, supports tax rates and quote expiry dates, and emails quotes to clients directly.

The free plan covers your first 10 quotes with no credit card. After that it is a flat $29/month - unlimited quotes, unlimited customers, no per-quote or per-signature fees, and no cap on voice minutes. It installs as an app on iPhone, Android and desktop straight from the browser.
