Once signing up for an account they make you put money into an international account. The format of the upload proscess seems legit, but once upload reaches 100% it freezes and doesnt allow you to actually download infromation. 5 of my 7 uploads are frozen. There is no number for technical support only an email. I have sent 3 emails this week and have received no response. After doing the math, I have paid $30 for 2 uploads which should have cost me $4. This site is a scam!!!! Stay away
