QualityHive

What does it do? QualityHive is a built-for-purpose tool for web based agencies to streamline their QA processes and improve overall team happiness and reduce lost staff time throughout the website development flow.

QualityHive gives you and your client the ability to raise feedback without leaving your website in as little as 3 seconds. This feedback doesn't just contain manually entered information. In addition to the task description populated by the user, your development team will also have access to the below information (dependant on the plan):

• Any javascript errors logged before the user raised the task
• Any browser /OS details such as device size, browser name, browser version etc.
• Automatically captured screenshot
• A pin dropped exactly where the user clicked, visually whilst browsing your site as well as on the QualityHive platform
• Users can also choose to record a screen recording directly from the widget, allowing for quick and clear communication to the development team.

Why QualityHive? QualityHive focuses on making the process as efficient as possible whilst keeping your teams mental wellbeing at the forefront of the product.

According to Stack Overflow's Developer Survey, approximately 15 percent of developers suffer from mental health issues. QualityHive is here to take the edge off and reduce team stress as much as possible whilst improving the communication for the entire team including the client.

QualityHive is the first product in the industry to put a full focus on team wellbeing as well as streamlining processes and saving your teams time.
