Gorgeous and packed with features, some of which even android messages is missing, such as scheduled texts.
Was good, then stopped being able to send pictures by SMS. Then started getting SMS arriving 1 or 2 days late.
QKSMS is a dead project, but QUIK is a continuation of that project.
So if you liked QKSMS, check out QUIK.
It would the best and only messenger I would use (other than encrypted) if the scheduled message feature wouldn't crash the app when you delete a scheduled message. Also it can not schedule send photos.
The having to remember to sync action when exporting message history to import onto new phone sucks too.

Latest version is v3.10.1 (pre-release) from 1/16/2023. Developer explains their absence and the lack of an official update at the bottom of the closed "Abandoned App #1881" issue on GitHub. tl;dr: It's still under development.
