PyDial Alternatives

    PyDial is described as 'open-source end-to-end statistical spoken dialogue system toolkit which provides implementations of statistical approaches for all dialogue system modules. Moreover, it has been extended to provide multi-domain conversational functionality'. There are seven alternatives to PyDial for Self-Hosted solutions and Online / Web-based. The best alternative is ParlAI, which is both free and Open Source.
