What is psutils?

PSUtils is a collection of useful utilities for manipulating PostScript documents. Programs included are psnup, for placing out several logical pages on a single sheet of paper, psselect, for selecting pages from a document, pstops, for general imposition, psbook, for signature generation for booklet printing, and psresize, for adjusting page sizes. PSUtils is available as a tarred gzipped file from ftp://ftp.tardis.ed.ac.uk/users/ajcd/psutils.tar.gz. or from ftp://ftp.knackered.org/pub/psutils/psutils.tar.gz There are Win32 compiled binaries (compiled with A4 paper as default) in ftp://ftp.tardis.ed.ac.uk/users/ajcd/psutils-p17-a4-nt.zip. and ftp://ftp.knackered.org/pub/psutils/psutils-p17-a4-nt.zip.
