Prospre is a great alternative to apps such as myfitnesspal. Its main advantage is that it tailors meal/food planning to the user based on likes and dislikes. Great app for anyone looking for more of a tailored, customized approach to nutrition!
Prospre is by far my favourite macro tracking app. It is simple to use with great tools for shopping and saving foods. The best part about the app is that it creates a custom meal plan for you, based on the foods you actually enjoy. I highly recommend this app!
Best meal planning app I've seen. This is the first app I have used that actually gets me a meal plan for the macros that I ask for. It misses them by about 5g on protein and carbs and sometimes like 3g on fat but man it's close. I can tell it stuff I don't like and I can just swap out meals or days if they don't look good to me. I would say 5 min tops to make a meal plan for 7 days, then I pop to the grocery store and just buy everything. SIMPLE.
