Comments and Reviews
I have done with
Frengly a translation German to English and then the same text with PROMT translator. Unfortunately, were with frengly.com immediately several clear mistakes.
I am almost inspired by PROMT translator of the perfection. I have never got this quality with Google Translate. This was rough always a little bit. Also this comment was written in German and translated by PROMT. PROMT is obviously highly professional translation software which may be used limited up to 3000 characters also free of charge. I had to do manually only one correction.
Minor mistakes with somewhat idiomatic words but with popular language pairs.
The idiom I tested is well known and quite common. I wouldn't name it publicly here to avoid tailoring just toward this case.
When I used Internet linksin my comments, in 2 with PROMT from German to English translated texts, these links thereby became useless that PROMT inserts in the English translation before and after every slash "/" a blank. Also the putting of the link in quotation marks does not help against it. Hence, one must postcorrect translations with links always by hand. In Yahoo "Babel Fish" Internet links are also properly translated, so that they function afterwards still as a link. All together less postcorrections are necessary by the PROMT translation, however, than with "Babel Fish".
