ProField

ProField was built by a working golf lesson pro who was tired of running lessons on text messages, a paper calendar and a separate video app. It works for any 1:1 or small-group coach: golf, tennis, Pilates, personal training, music and more.

Coaches open their available hours (or recurring weekly slots) and students book and cancel themselves within the coach's own cancellation cutoff. Count-based or period lesson packs are deducted on every booking, so students always see how many lessons they have left.

During or after a lesson, coaches record a clip, slow it down, draw lines, curves and circles, and send it straight to the student's app, where it's kept as a per-session lesson note.

Group lessons with a capacity, reminders and push notifications, and support for each coach's time zone and currency are included. Available in English, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish and Korean.

ProField is free to use and doesn't process lesson payments, so coaches keep 100% of their fees.
