Principal Plan is envelope-based personal accounting software. You give every dollar a job the moment it arrives, so you can see what's available for groceries, bills and everything else before you spend.

It's a native desktop application, not a web app. It works without a network connection, needs no cloud account or sign-up, and stores your financial data on your own computer.
