In total I am glad to have it (or I was till files multiplied till I could not manage them anymore and had to delete ca. 800GB of data to get rid of the headache. I am used to it in conjunction with JD.
There is a lot that could be done right. Interface features expanded, but not necessarily for the better. My suggestion would be: first optimize the basics (what being used the most) and then expand the feature set (like ftp and webdav).
Between having competitive pricing and gaps in the feature set it addresses users with basic needs. You could be happy if you do not wish for more (at the moment).
Next competitor would be Offcloud: good interface, but it's "real world" slow in loading files to the cloud.
Rating: 3.7 but judging by alternatives 4.0
Fullfills almost all my needs and offers even more - 5 stars even it could be perfected but that might just be personal preference
Recent changes to the web-interface restricts the usage of download managers or bulk downloads. It's either using their internal ZIPping utility, which is dubious in its accuracy, or manually download files one-by-one. Clearly a step backwards in user friendliness as has been already demonstrated with the cancellation of their [previously fantastic] help/support interface. Not sure where premiumize.me is heading, but it's clearly not towards user attraction.
Sure hope they will change their approach and fix their latest blunder.
Premiumize.me is just like Real Debrid,use Premiumize.me in kodi to unrestrict file hosters,plus Premiumize.me has a VPN,free VOIP,and usenet support.
Good service. Easy to use. Good documentation. Great for a first time user. The reviews here don't make justice to its quality. I read about it on Reddit and people there were right: Premiumize is worth the money spent on it.
Tried this site out, all was ok 1st month, renewed for another month and found that most of the downloads were quite slow, again i renewed for a 3rd month. again slow downloads then my account got blocked.
Submitted a ticket, got a response that my account was hacked, it's now been 5 days with no response to my tickets and my account is still blocked.
A quick look on the internet suggests that this happens quite often.
I would stay away from sites like this one as they will take your money then cut you off with 3 weeks still left to go then ignore all your ticket requests
Sorry it'd happend to you mate. It's true the responses from the support are not what they use to be. And it's kinda expected if the company is not community bases and located off shore. As for the speed it depends on the torrent source and availability of seeders hence popularity. Popular downloads are already in their cloud then it takes no time at all.
On my account I'd wish for a better file management, better internet browser plugin development. Unfortunately JDownloader doesn't support multi level folder structure then it would be better, not perfect I admit.

I have paid left and right for huge amount of services on the web. VPN, Usenet, Filehoster, netflix, spotify, lynda, pluralsight and onon.... premiumize.me does not offer everything and If I use a service offen I do support them. But Usenet, torrent, music/radio/tv services og lots of filehosters. They even answer their support tickets. Go figuer :) I love IT
