What is Preload?

Installation:
- Open a terminal window.
- Type in the following command, then hit Enter. sudo apt-get install preload

Works like magic, when I boot in my lubuntu and click on mozilla it fires up in less than a second!!!
I wish there was something like it on WINDOWS (and yes I know there is superfetch etc but it doesnt do the same results!)
