The software's takeoff features include importing various file extensions such as PDF, DXF, DWG, BMP, OCX, GIF, JPEG, PCX, PNG, TIFF. It offers an efficient solution for any work scope, enabling accurate bidding and eliminating the need for paper plans. The software automates estimates and reviews, and features robust plan view, annotation, and stamping tools with Plan Insight.
Users can easily adjust the size and shape of any area, linear, count, or segment TakeOff tool for greater precision. It allows creation of multiple sections for parent and child takeoffs. Users can add arc lines by pressing 'a' on the keyboard during a takeoff. It also features an Area Deduction tool which allows users to subtract a specific region within a TakeOff.
