What is PraxisClinic?

PraxisClinic is a streamlined affordable self-hosted practice management application designed for newly qualified complementary and alternative health practitioners setting up in practice.

It shares the same proven codebase as the new CrystalSolutions (a piece of software we used for years in our own practices) ;focused on the essentials — patient records, sessions, appointments, accounts and invoicing — along with CPD logging and extended reporting.

Install on your own computer, NAS, shared hosting or VPS. No monthly fees, no cloud dependency, no patient data on third-party servers. Browser-based access means it works from home, clinic or on the road when internet-hosted.

Includes optional AES-256-CBC field-level encryption for patient records, optional MTD/HMRC submission, and a patient enquiry widget for your website. A built-in setup wizard handles first-run configuration.
