Practice Radar is local SEO software built specifically for UK dental practices.
It maps every dental practice competing in a practice's own town in Google search and re-checks them every week. It shows who wins each search, which three practices hold the Google map places, how quickly each practice is gaining reviews, and where the practice itself ranks across the town on a geographic rank grid.
Unlike most rank trackers, Practice Radar also proposes the changes that would improve a practice's position and applies the ones the practice approves. These include rewritten page titles and descriptions, new local pages drafted for searches the site has no page for, structured data, internal links, broken link fixes, compressed images, negative keywords added to Google Ads, and review replies posted to the Google Business Profile. Website changes are applied through a free WordPress plugin. Nothing changes without approval, and every change can be undone with one click.
The software was built inside a working dental practice in Cheshire, which went from ninth in its town's Google searches to first between May and September 2026.
Plans start at £249 a month, with a free first month and no card required. An agency white-label plan is also available.
