What is PPSSPP?
PPSSPP is a C++ coded PSP emulator that translates PSP CPU instructions into optimized machine code for x86, x64, and ARM platforms. It is designed to run on low-spec hardware, including ARM-based smartphones and tablets that support OpenGL ES 2.0. It can execute PSP games in full HD resolution on your PC or mobile device, upscale textures for sharpness, and provide customizable color and brightness adjustments. Features include saving and restoring game state, playing in HD resolutions and beyond, customizing touch controls, using an external controller or keyboard, improving graphics via anisotropic filtering and texture scaling, and transferring saves from your actual PSP.

It is incredible. Works flawlessly! Supports its own cheats database for almost all the games. This is the most user-friendly emulator I have met in years. I am testing version 1.8.0. today, "Blazblue Continium Shift II" looks like a piece of art on this emulator! 5 stars.
