I used other calorie counters with limited success. Poundaweek is the only app that has allowed me to continuously and consistently loss and maintain my goal weight. I lost 28 lbs using this app. I love the weekly focus on healthy and maintainable weight loss. Each week the app adjusts my weekly calories so I stay on track.
