PopArchive is a web app for Funko Pop collectors. It tracks what you paid for every Pop next to what it's worth today. The estimated values come from eBay data: PopArchive filters out signed, damaged, graded and bundle listings, uses the median price of what's left, and refreshes it every week.
You can add Pops by scanning the barcode, snapping a photo of the box, typing them in, or importing an Excel spreadsheet. If you already track your collection in a spreadsheet, you can bring the whole thing in at once and export it again any time.
PopArchive tracks variants like Chase, Vaulted, Flocked, Glow-in-the-Dark, Exclusives and Rides. It also keeps purchase details such as store, date, factory code and quantity, plus a wishlist. Your collection is private by default, and you can turn on a read-only link to show off your shelf in a Discord or trade post.
There's nothing to install: it runs in any web browser on your phone or computer. Anyone can also use the free Value Check to look up a single Pop's estimated value without an account.
Pricing: the free plan covers up to 150 Pops. ArchiveCurator ($2.99/month or $29.99/year) removes the limit and adds unlimited scanning and Excel import/export, and there's a 7-day free trial with no card required. Built by a Funko collector.
