Podium is an open-source workspace for taking your ideas from conversation to coordinated work with coding agents. A shared task system lets them organize the effort while you follow progress, discuss decisions, and change direction as the work develops.
Its agent-native issue system connects goals, tasks, dependencies, progress, and results. Agents create and update the same persistent structure people use to understand and direct the work. Choose different coding agents for different responsibilities, work through a coordinator, or join an individual agent’s conversation.
Run locally or on your own VPS, and connect from your desktop, browser, or phone browser. Podium supports Claude Code, Codex, Grok, OpenCode, and Cursor. Bring your existing coding-agent accounts; their usage limits and costs remain separate.
Podium is pre-1.0. macOS is supported; Windows and Linux desktop packages are previews. The source is available under the Apache-2.0 license.
