You can use the app without signing up for an account, or you can create an account any time to sync between your devices and restore your podcasts and queue.

Comments and Reviews
With a million billion podcatchers out there, it's nice to find one with a relatively clean UI and well-maintained feeds that's responsive and doesn't insist on getting your data first. This place has become my go-to for trying out new podcasts or single episodes I want to partake of without any interest in the series it belongs to. It keeps my subscription-focused podcatcher cleaner and has helped me break out of a bit of a podcast rut I'd fallen into. Overall, very glad to have found this site.
Great podcatcher and manager. Clean and intuitive UI, allows episodes’ mp3 downloads, carries a bunch of podcasts available on Spotify without the cluttered look and constant ads. Don’t get me wrong, I still use Spotify and understand ads are beneficial to content creators, but some of my podcasts would be more helpful for information retainment while uninterrupted. Would love for it to have a portable Windows version and app on some of the major streaming services (e.g., Roku, Fire TV) like Spotify does. However, I’d still stick with Podbay without these extra capabilities.
