Ployz is an open-source cloud that runs on servers you rent. Point it at any Linux server you can reach as root over SSH and it runs your apps, databases and preview environments there, from one server up to twenty.
Push a repo and it builds. Ployz detects the language and builds the app without a Dockerfile, unless you want one. By default your server does the build. One workflow file hands builds to GitHub Actions instead, so a small server can run what a bigger one built. It also runs images, public or private, so the tools you didn't write can run beside your app: web services, workers, queues, cron jobs, or a self-hosted Sentry. Anything that runs in a container runs on Ployz.
Databases take one click. You pick PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis and others from the canvas, choose a server, and they connect to your app by name. Variables reference services by name too, and every preview gets its own credentials. You never copy values between .env files.
Networking is private by default. Services reach each other by name across all your servers. The internet sees only your domains, and each domain gets SSL.
Previews show exactly what changed. You can run one service against production or copy the whole stack. Changes are staged on a visual canvas and wait until you press Deploy, so you ship everything at once.
Ployz grows with you. Services move between servers with their data while they keep serving, and no single server is the boss. Servers can join from any provider, even behind NAT, with one command.
Ployz is built for coding agents. The ployz CLI does everything the dashboard does, and an MCP server is included, so Claude Code, Codex or Cursor can install Ployz, add your server and ship the repo.
Pricing: the Free plan covers the whole platform on your own servers, with unlimited servers and projects. Ployz never charges per server. Paid Hobby and Pro plans with longer log retention, uptime checks, alerts and team features are coming soon.
