Plenary is completely ad free and doesn't track any of the interactions you do within the app. Everything the app does, from fetching feeds to aggregating them, saving them locally and showing them, is done locally on your device. All the data of your feeds and offline articles is stored on your device's local storage. The app doesn't require any special permission to function.
• OPML support
Import subscriptions from your existing RSS reader app and you're all set. You can also export your current feed subscriptions to OPML file for later usage

Best alternative to pocket on Android I've found! RSS feeds is a bonus feature but I use it mostly as an offline reader.
