PivoGraph is a free, browser-based scientific graph maker and data-analysis workspace for researchers. Type or paste data, import CSV files, run supported analyses, and edit axes, series, legends, annotations, and significance brackets on a live canvas.
It supports XY, Column, Grouped, Nested, Contingency, Survival, Parts of whole, and Multiple variables tables. Create scatter and bar graphs, box and violin plots, dose-response curves, Kaplan–Meier survival curves, heat maps, pie and donut charts, bubble plots, volcano plots, forest plots, and more. Built-in analyses include descriptive statistics, t-tests, linear regression, four-parameter dose-response fitting, survival-curve comparisons, frequency distributions, and Pearson or Spearman correlation matrices. Methods and current limits are documented publicly.
PivoGraph is local-first: tables, calculations, rendering, and exports are processed in your browser, so research data is not uploaded to PivoGraph. No installation or account is required.
Export watermark-free figures as PNG, JPG, or TIFF at 300–1200 dpi, or as vector SVG, PDF, and EPS files for papers, posters, presentations, and print production.
Projects can be saved and reopened as local .pivograph files containing data, analyses, formatting, and annotations. The format is plain JSON with a published specification and JSON Schema, allowing scripts and AI assistants to draft editable projects that researchers can verify and refine.
